Join us for a night of hands on baking and fellowship! We'll be learning how to laminate dough- a process of layering dough and butter, used for making a variety of pastries including croissants- and filling profiteroles. Each registrant will leave with enough dough for 16 croissants, recipes for all things French, and five profiteroles (unless of course those don't make it home). Invite your friends, bring your aprons!
**PLEASE NOTE: This event is for women and girls 16+
Cost to attend: $15, includes all ingredients for 16 croissants, 5 profiteroles, a hands-on baking lesson, recipes, and giveaways.
Note: If you have a rolling pin, silicone baking mat, and a baking sheet pan, we ask that you let us know on the form below so we can plan accordingly (if you don't have these items, no worries! We'll provide them).
Ministry Opportunity: If you're interested in helping us prep on the morning of the event, let us know below! We'll be prepping dough, butter, and profiteroles at 9am, June 5th in the Ministry Center kitchen. No experience required- we're happy to teach you! The more the merrier!
